The National Court has confirmed the conviction to the former president of the Spanish Federation of Football Luis Rubiales to pay 10,800 euros for a crime of sexual aggression for The unseeled kiss that gave the player Jenni Hermoso after the World Cup in August 2023 in Sydney (Australia).
The Appeals Chamber also ratifies the acquittal of the crime of coercion for Rubiales and for the other three defendants in this procedure: the former women’s selector Jorge Vilda, the former soccer director of the male section Albert Luque and the one who was responsible for marketing of the Rubén Rivera Federation.
